The Community Manager role will focus on building a creator community footprint through digital strategies, tactics and partnerships. You will support, educate and advocate for the creator community and their teams. You will be responsible for building, operationalizing and maintaining these strategies and online communities to enable and unlock the value proposition for creators. 

The Community Manager role reports to the SVP, Creator Project. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product and Commercial teams in addition to the Creator Project, in which the team sits.

  • You have 3-5 years of community management experience, ideally on a range of community and/or social platforms. Experience with Discord is required.

  • You possess strong data and analytical skills, knowing how to interpret and activate as necessary

  • You are well organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail

  • You are well-informed and curious about the latest digital community building and marketing techniques. 

  • You enjoy building relationships and like to communicate internally and externally

  • You believe in a strong team spirit, work ethic, with a friendly, warm attitude

  • You are an open, transparent and clear communicator

  • You have a passion for the creator community and have experience partnering with creators and their teams

  • You genuinely enjoy the dynamics of communities and love being in the mix of community on-the-ground – you roll up your sleeves and participate


  • Build and manage creator communities via white label platforms, Discord, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and and other forms of engagement

  • Be the primary operational touchpoint for the communities, focusing on community health, trust & safety, and engagement, and ensuring that the communities thrive and grow

  • Provide customer service support for the communities and community experiences

  • Provide operational and project management support for these strategies and projects

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Commercial and Product, to build and maintain communication and excellent-standing with the Creator and creator community throughout the lifecycle of campaigns and product launches

  • Support and educate key partners on Creator Project’s tools and services to inspire Creators and their teams to improve their daily business while understanding their needs

  • Stay up to date on market and trends.

  • Identify and track key metrics, and translate data into insights and trends
