Customer Success Agent (Remote)

As customer success agent you will be the first point of contact for our users, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You enjoy communicating with our customers and solving issues
Achieving high customer satisfaction is really important to you
You are a team player
You have very good English language skills
You will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact with our customers via various channels (mail, chat, phone, Facebook)
Result-driven management of all customer relations with a focus on customer happiness
Documenting and tracking of activities in our Helpdesk system
Updating the product management team issues our users are experiencing
