What we’re looking for

Storyblok is looking for a high-energy, driven professional with natural sales instincts. You will be the customers’ first touchpoint and set the tone for the sales cycle moving forward. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our growing sales team as well as a person that wants to build a sales career within an innovative, fast growing company. In addition you will collaborate with our Marketing team to identify pain-points we should address in our day2day content creation process and collaborate with the VP of sales in creating and executing an effective sales strategy. Salary: Starting at € 42.000 - € 56.000 brutto/year

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years work experience

  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Strong desire to work in sales and participate in a fast growing company

  • Independent and responsible way of working

What will make you stand out from the crowd

  • Basic experience in software development

  • Technical experience in the SaaS (especially CMS) field is a plus

  • Prior successful sales or lead qualification experience is a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads

  • Engage with customers via telephone/virtual meetings and email to analyse their needs

  • Profile the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executives who will assist in developing and sharpening your skills through consistent feedback

  • “Multi-channel” follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities

  • Consistently exceed monthly & quarterly sales KPIs and be well-compensated for doing so
