As the campaign content manager on our brand team, you’ll help us extend the reach and impact of our brand and thought leadership content in order to drive top of funnel growth and qualified leads to our sales organization. This involves you helping us execute our integrated campaign strategy, creating thought leadership content for our enterprise and SMB audience, and ensuring our content is working hard to help us reach our business goals. This position reports to Senior Manager, Content based out of Vancouver, BC but can be based remotely in Canada. 

Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding how enterprise and SMB organizations build marketing strategies and use digital to achieve business objectives. 

Experience

  • Considerable amount of content marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS and/or B2B technology companies.

  • A strong passion for understanding customers and deep desire to help marketers succeed with effective marketing strategies, technology, and social tactics.  

  • Familiarity and experience with B2B omni-channel marketing tactics. (e.g. social, digital advertising, website, email marketing, content marketing, PR, and events). 

  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and build effective working relationships across the organization. 

  • Comfortably work with spreadsheets and multiple data sources including Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics to uncover content and creative insights (with the help of our analytics team).

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute integrated go-to-market campaigns in order to ensure our thought leadership reports and brand campaigns achieve broad business impact. 

  • Increase the life of our key content assets, product releases, and monetization campaigns by identifying new media and syndication opportunities, working with our social platform partners (such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook) on joint content projects, and extending our reach with industry influencers and niche publications. 

  • Own end-to-end content reuse programs including managing yearly updates for our high performing content pillars such as research reports, guides, and key brand assets.

  • Manage a rolling 6-month content calendar for our corporate thought leadership blog and work with our partner teams (including PR, regional teams, and product marketing) to execute our calendar.

  • Help our brand team improve our results by working with analysts to report back insights on content and creative performance. Gather real-time data during campaigns so we can adjust tactics in order to hit our targets.

  • Help with our yearly content planning and messaging for our global campaigns including researching customer value drivers, following industry trends, and building expertise in how enterprise and SMB organizations use social media.

  • Help our marketing team deliver new insights to customers by building and maintaining internal libraries of industry case studies, tracking customer inquiries in order to better understand common pain points, and assisting with the development of customer surveys and qualitative interviews.

  • Write creative briefs, create webinar decks, and create research reports that help to bring our campaign messaging and data-backed thought leadership to life.

  • Demonstrate your marketing strategy and social media expertise by contributing to content executions including virtual speaking engagements (webinars, LinkedIn Lives, YouTube videos, customer workshops).
