We're searching for a Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

Experience

To be successful you must:

  • have a BA or BS degree from a University or College; 

  • new Grads welcome! No previous experience required;

  • you’re tech-savvy and a cloud and collaboration tools native, that means you might have used and you’re comfortable with all google products - Gmail, Gdrive, calendar, hangouts, sheets, etc;

  • you enjoy speaking to people and helping them use and understand technology, some of our users are not tech-savvy; patience, compassion, and grit are a necessity for this role;

  • have a professional attitude, tone, and demeanor;

  • You're flexible and a creative problem solver.

  • bonus point if you have previous experience in Hospital recruiting, or staffing environment; OR you are a RN or healthcare professional yourself.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Customer Success team you will:

  • support new registered nurses, CNAs and others, from the 1st time they hear about CareRev and contact us to their 1st shift at a medical facility;

  • educate new RNs and CNAs on CareRev’s value proposition and benefits, and on the differences between CareRev and traditional staffing agencies;

  • describe CareRev’s onboarding process, product, and Hospital partners to new RNs, CNAs and others, support them in their journey;

  • forge trust relationships with RNs, CNAs, Technologists, etc;

  • spend 6h to 8h per day talking to users on the phone, via chat and text;

  • understand and take action based on demand for professionals as reflected in the information provided by customer usage, by sales, and by account managers;

  • support the creation of a standard onboarding process, including playbooks, templates, and scripts;

  • track qualitative and quantitative user feedback to provide relevant product and marketing recommendations.
