Founded in 2015, Automox is on a mission to automate and reduce the pain that comes with securing and managing endpoints within the modern enterprise. With an increasing number of operating systems, servers, hardware and applications that need to be maintained updated, configured, and patched on a regular basis, IT ops teams are feeling fatigued and vulnerable. Automox is building a company and team to tackle this problem.

At Automox we value an entrepreneurial mindset. With our customers always top of mind, teams are empowered to make decisions quickly and consistently be adding small incremental value. Is it going to be perfect every time? Probably not. But with the freedom to try and fail we believe greatness will happen sooner than if we waited for perfection.

As the world is changing so are we. Automox has moved to a fully distributed company and is open to hiring a talented and diverse workforce across the US. We are up to something extraordinary and are seeking curious problem solvers, revolutionaries, and challengers to the status quo to join our team. If you are tired of traditional corporate work environments that put processes over people, or simply looking to ply your craft in a way that impacts both company and customers in a material way - then Automox might be the right place for you.

We are looking for a HR Operations Manager to be an integral part of building out a best in class employee experience at Automox. We need someone who equally loves the strategy and details required to build a unique employee experience. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take what they’ve learned over their career so far and help shape the type of people organization they’ve always dreamed of, one that isn’t ruled by policies and procedures but instead is driven by engagement and business outcomes.

This role will be the champion and driver of employee experience strategy and program delivery around a broad spectrum of HR core functions: benefit administration, compliance and employee experience. Proven experience and knowledge in employee engagement, performance management, learning and development and organizational development is required to align HR initiatives with Automox vision, goals and values.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of HR operations experience required.

  • Proven track record of success in implementing programs, managing benefits vendor relationships and owning the administration internally.

  • Both general knowledge and of the principles and best practices of human resources administration and demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational improvements strategically and tactically.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and deal with complex HR challenges with limited resources and creatively overcome obstacles to achieve goals.

  • Must thrive operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and competitive environment

  • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude that allows you to work effectively with engineering, sales/marketing, and other product team members globally

  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with limited supervision

  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and positive approach

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
