We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Consultant. Our Europe region is growing and is full of potential, so we need someone to jump on board and create persuasive sales experiences!

As a sales consultant, this role supports external engagements and works collaboratively and closely with pre-sales, and our marketing teams to drive business opportunities in the assigned region.

You will be responsible for sales activities including prospecting, helping to qualify leads, analysing prospect needs and presenting the appropriate Flintfox solutions and services to the prospect to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for working closely with the Corporate Marketing team to drive initiatives for the region and developing marketing content and content briefs. 

The jobholder will work closely with the Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to grow the Flintfox business and achieve the established sales quota performance.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of ERP business processes and a thorough knowledge of how ISV software solutions support wider ERP functionality.

Experience

  • Marketing awareness – previous experience working on software selling campaigns, using LinkedIn, MSDW, and Dynamics user groups

  • Sales knowledge – can engage with customers, solution partners, Microsoft account executives, and Microsoft sales managers, to build awareness, communicate relevance and nurture opportunities further through the sales cycle

  • Software knowledgeability

  • Industry knowledge

  • Sales experience in software/technology

  • Understanding of financial terminology and supply chain process

  • Business Acumen and Negotiation

  • Organizational, Planning and Time Management

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales of Flintfox products into new and existing customers.

  • Sales Pipeline management

  • Achieve agreed Revenue Targets and solution mix

  • Proactively profile target customers with the Senior pre-sales consultant

  • Develop and continuously re-assess product & solution knowledge to drive self-sufficiency, keeping up to date with product releases

  • Understand innovative ways of increasing learning whilst driving new ways to market and creating new opportunities

  • Actively seek and engage with key influencers and decision-makers

  • Ensure CRM system is regularly updated, to reflect all activity and opportunity creation resulting from the activity

  • Ensure the benefits of new products and components are effectively communicated to all internal and external customers

  • Develop attractive marketing content and content briefs - blog posts, reports, videos, podcasts and webinars 

  • Work closely and effectively with the marketing team to design and deliver campaigns and programs

  •  Interpret data from marketing programs and using these insights to adjust content - ensuring maximum lead conversion

  •  Work with Flintfoxers to get insights from across the company and use the information to improve our material and ways of working

  •  Drive effective cross-collaboration with Campaigns & Activations colleagues and the Flintfox marketing teams

  • Contribute to the longer-term regional strategy and develop the SI market Mid to long term strategy for the region.

  • Manage monthly and quarterly reports and provide detailed information and analysis to the Senior Pre-sales consultant

  • Update CRM accurately with all appropriate data, Pipeline, Opportunity and Revenue achievement on a daily basis to assist in monitoring progress towards set targets as well as allowing the Senior Pre-Sales consultant to carry out productive one to one Map/Rap sessions.

  • Effective mapping of accounts and vertical markets to align to regional sales strategy

  • To execute on the regional plan in alignment with all marketing campaigns.

  •  To Create and evolve an annual sales and marketing plan in line with the requirements of the region Senior Pre-Sales consultant.
