Experience

  •  4+ years in B2B performance marketing

  •     Lead-generation experience in a B2B environment;

  •     Proven experience managing the following performance marketing channels:

  •   Search (Google, Bing, Apple)

  • Display (Google/UAC/DSP) 

  • ASO

  • Facebook / Linkedin 

  • Third-Party display networks like Quorra

  • Influencers campaigns

  • Youtube

  • Native ads

  • Retargeting / Similar Audiences

  •     Familiarity with GA, Amplitude, Hubspot, and other marketing and product marketing tools

  •     Run statistically significant experiments

  •     Creativity in finding solutions and engaging assets

  •     A basic understanding of HTML, Javascript, Google Tag Manager;

  •     Growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • The overall growth of leads and sales attributed to Google Ads campaigns, affiliates, referral, and social media ads;

  • Determine Paid Marketing strategy: funnel focus (i.e. acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation) plus associated audiences and KPIs, across all channels (paid social, app store, and search) for B2B for different industries

  • Manage SEM, GDN, SMM, affiliates, and referrals partnerships;

  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding lead and sales generation efforts that would help achieve established targets and maintain KPIs;

  • Work closely with the sales teams to maintain strong alignment throughout the conversion funnel;

  • Provide ongoing analysis and optimization of the lead generating efforts, from the creation of a lead, all the way to the final sale;

  • Develop and execute digital marketing channel strategies/tactics and share learnings with other members of the team;

  • Ensure correct tracking and analytics setup
