At Dalstrong we’re hiring for an all-star HR Manager to join our remote team! Whether you’re a hobbyist or a pro, our aim is to enhance the experience of our clients’ culinary creations.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours to oversee the HR team and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position aims to create and maintain a collaborative, inclusive and flexible organizational culture which will contribute to the success and growth of Dalstrong.

Experience
Who You Are (Requirements)
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal; can adjust tone internally/externally as needed when dealing with employees, etc.
You are an HR Manager rock star
Work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Knowledge of HR systems (Breezy HR or similar platforms)
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Able to create and streamline HR processes and improve workflow
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Passionate about educating and coaching employees to develop growth
Willingness to work for a single employer exclusively
Capacity to work additional hours if needed
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do!
You will oversee the HR department to develop and monitor strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization that are aligned with the overall business strategy
You will manage the recruitment process, onboarding and develop strategies to hire and maintain talent within the company
You will provide a report to the management team and provide decision support through HR metrics
Nurture a positive and stimulating work environment
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employees
